In the mist of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign are hoping everyone is safe, washing your hands frequently, sneezing and coughing in your elbow, and practicing social distancing. Over the next several weeks, we are planning on blogging about how to make your website more business friendly. Is it possible that our brand could become stale? And what are some ways to inject some energy into our brand. Are we talking about our brand or ourselves? How can we eliminate a stale brand?
Yes, your brand can become stale and dull. Certainly a few thing can inject some energy into your brand. Most of our brands is a combination of our business and ourselves, our goals…our morals…our objectives…our character. There are several ways to make our brand popular…having a blog! showcasing our creative sides! and improving our social media platforms.
Blog
Having a blog is really important to your brand. You can check out three reason to blog to get a prospective of why you should be blogging. While blogging could be difficult on a daily basis, you still need to be creating content on a regular basis. Blogging showcases your expertise. It allows you to improve your organic search engine optimization.
It is a way to showcase your brand. Create a division between you and your competitors.
Creative Side
We forget to showcase our creative sides. How many times are we so focused on creating great projects, that we fail to upload or display finished projects on our own website. Showcasing your creative sides and providing detailed information about the project. A before and after section is needed. Showcase the issues…how you was able to overcome the issues…and the outcome of the project.

How many times do our client’s run to social media to announce their new website? Your client’s followers showcase your work with compliments. Some clients will give you a shout out, especially if the project was on schedule and budget. Why do you have twitter, facebook, instagram account…and post maybe a few times a month.
Showcasing your work will help your brand in so many ways. It keeps your brand in front of your target audience, or potential clients.
