Some ways to GROW your Organization without a BIG Investment
In the midst of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign hope everyone is safe, washing their hands frequently, sneezing and coughing on their elbow, and practicing social distancing. Over the next several weeks, we plan on blogging about making your website more business-friendly. We will have some tutorials on our favorite plugins and features, which will make your site more efficient.
The main element for most organizations is to grow. Growth includes brand, finances, and influences. Growth does not always mean a huge investment. So how does your organization grow without a big investment?
Start with the basic
Your organization has to have a bullhorn and broadcast your information to anyone, who your organization comes in contact with. Your organization needs to tell its story and continue to tell its story. Why was your organization formed? Who does your organization benefit? How can your organization assist others? How to join your organization?
Establish an effective experience
Everyone, who comes in contact with your organization, should have awesome experiences. Take advantage of any opportunity to showcase your organization and create an effective experience.
Focus on relationships. Focus on relationships. One of your primary goals should be to focus on relationships. Build good relationships with all potential and existing visitors.
Define your culture. Make sure your culture is present at all times. This should assist with creating an effective experience. Keep your culture and mission statement present on your digital platform and office.
Promote your organization’s story. Tell it over and over again. Make sure that it is a part of your organization’s sales pitch. While you are promoting your organization, make sure that your culture and values are at the forefront of your presentation.
Focus on what works. Focus on your prospect’s pain points. Drive home how your organization can solve those pain points. Make sure that each of your solutions is deeply vetted by your culture and experiences.
Develop a strategy
Develop a strategy to reach out to new prospects. Always be looking for a new perspective. Automate your process. Use your digital platforms to enhance your potential clients and utilized the funnel to nurture new leads.
Get involved in your organization. Keep your organization involved in trending topics. Be very transparent. Ask for what you need. If your organization needs donations, then make sure to set goals and follow up with potential donors.
Make it easy
Make it easy for people to get involved. Make sure that your organization explains the vetting process and follows up on all steps. Some of the most complex vetting processes are easy if your organization explains the steps prior to completion and during completion.
Make good use of social media platforms. This is how your organization does not have to create a huge investment. Use social media to broadcast and help to grow your organization. Make sure to post on your social media platforms on a regular basis and make sure your post is engaging. Think of posts that make prospects respond to the post.
