Three Reasons to get a Mobile Application

In the mist of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign are hoping everyone is safe, washing your hands frequently, sneezing and coughing in your elbow, and practicing social distancing.  Over the next several weeks, we are planning on blogging about how to make your website more business friendly.  We will have some tutorials on our favorite plugins and features, which will make your site more efficient.

While there are many reasons to get a mobile applications, we are going to focus on three specific one.  Remember a mobile application does not replace your responsive website, it only enhances your organization’s digital opportunity.  Let’s look at three reason for getting a mobile application.

Brand Awareness

Brand Awareness. Mobile applications are great at building brand awareness.  You can reach many of your target audience by having a mobile application. Smart phones (and can we call them phones) are everywhere.  They exist on your televisions, watches, cars and even on some eyeglasses.  You can view a mobile application on multi devices.

This is where you can move above your competitors and build a super brand.  Creating a mobile applications that will push notifications about how to solve the latest pain points for your clients could move you to another level in terms of business.  And why most push notifications are free, we will discuss how you can generate income from your mobile application later.

Client or Staff Tool

You can have protected pages on your responsive website and mobile application.  But because you have to down load your mobile applications the conversion rate of a mobile application is very high.  It is on their phone, tablet and cpu.  When you push out a notifications, then you are engaging with your target audience.  You can set up specific tools to communicate with your staff and customers.

Mobile applications can be used to assist with potential issues and help to solve recurring problems.  You can create communications portal to communicate with your staff about issues and track to make sure they are handled in a timely manner.

Generating Revenue

You can have advertisement on a responsive website and mobile application.  So both can generate revenue, however, you can also in the mist of solving pain points offer small packages to your target audience.  The gaming industry has been doing this for years.  They have free auto, which might not be as fast as you need it to be, but you can select an option for a nominal fee to upgrade your engine.  A few nickels and a happy client.  You can do the same.

Conclusion

Mobile applications are your friend.  In today’s marketing world, you need to be more engaging.  If the pandemic from 2020 taught us anything, we have to be engaging if we want to continue to exist.  We offer mobile applications to WordPress website owners for $2,500.00.  We will put your application in Google Play Store and iOS Store.  Typically it takes us anywhere from 3 – 10 days to have you live in both stores.  IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICES, THEN A FULL REFUND WITH NO QUESTIONS.
