Why do you need some Support?

In the midst of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign hope everyone is safe, washing their hands frequently, sneezing and coughing on their elbow, and practicing social distancing. A couple of years ago, I had a client call me. Her site had been hacked. I advised her to contact the web hosting company. She called me back a couple of hours later, the hosting company advised her that the theme and/or plugin had caused her site to get hacked. The site was backed up by WP Backup and the site had a security plugin called WP Fence installed. WP Backup is a great free backup service. WP Fence is a security plugin. It had sent the client several emails about malware and she ignored them (do not ask me why, especially since I told her that was a VERY IMPORTANT element).

I contact her web hosting company. I told her web hosting company, that we had the files backed up and WP Fence had indicated the malware and hacking began about six months ago. The hosting company wanted the site scrubbed and cleaned prior to restoring the files. I contact WP Fence, and the service was going to be $500.00. The client was not happy but paid the $500.00. I restore the files and her site was up and running. A few days later, she called me to see if I would host her site.
