Interesting Week
In the midst of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign hope everyone is safe, washing their hands frequently, sneezing and coughing on their elbow, and practicing social distancing. Over the next several weeks, we plan on blogging about making your website more business-friendly. We will have some tutorials on our favorite plugins and features, which will make your site more efficient.
This has truly been an interesting week. Finally getting back into my groove ( a podcast is coming on Monday). Two blog post this week (have decided to crave out a few hours on Thursday, to ensure time for me to blog). Working on potentially working with a social media expert (kinda of exciting). Conducting weekly standing client meeting (make sure my agency and clients are on the same page). Just the life of a web designer and agency owner.
I have a secret
As most know, I have spoke at several WordCamp. Well interesting, an invitation to speak was sent to me this week. From a WordCamp which I did not expect. A denial was sent from another WordCamp, which totally shocked me (but I am going to volunteer…because it is an AWESOME WordCamp). Just goes to speak about, you never know.
Yes I am not allow to say which one!

New Client
Yes !!! Client referral and Super Awesome project. While the project is going to be a lead generator for a new Start Up, it is going to be more of a brand development deal…then a web design. Looking forward to creating some cool landing pages. Working with an great client. We will begin working in a couple of weeks…still super excited to be working on a new project.
Several projects are wrapping up in the following weeks. App cloning site has finally been completed. Super excited for my client and looking forward to introducing it to other clients. Non profit client site is finally getting close to launching. Will be putting in some extra hours over the next several days to give it that final polish look. Re-design a author and literacy advocate website in a couple of weeks…it is going to be super dope.
Working with a wordsmith on a project in a couple of weeks. Potentially hiring a social media expert for a couple of my clients. Creating a re-design for a Faith Based Client of mine. Busy…Busy is my name.
