How to grow your business?
In the midst of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), we at JDS WebDesign are hoping everyone is safe, washing their hands frequently, sneezing and coughing in their elbow, and practicing social distancing. Over the next several weeks, we are planning on blogging about how to make your website more business-friendly. We will have some tutorials on our favorite plugins and features, which will make your site more efficient.
How to grow your business? It is a very simple process that most successful business use, we might call it a different name or strategy. It revolves around a process of gathering leads (or prospects), nurturing the leads, and converting the leads. Recently, we were made aware of a marketing process called AIDA. This marketing process deals with Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action. We have revised it to AIDAA. The last A is for Analysis.
Awareness
This is the initial stage. This resolves around identifying your target audience’s pain points, at least one of them. This could also be making your target audience aware of your business’s services and products. Most will use either keyword in search engine optimizations, as an organic way to reach your target audience. Or you might want to have a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign, using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads, and/or Twitter Ads.
In our view, this comes in the following inner steps…
*Define your target audience
*Creating Content to solve a pain point
*Optimize your landing page
*Integrating a call to action
Interest
The second stage resolves around securing an email from your target audience. No sales at this stage. The goal is to get your target audience’s attention. You should be focusing on finding out what motivates them. This is the beginning of your email sequencing process.

*Capture Leads
*Email Marketing to Nurture Leads
Desire
The third stage revolves around how you can ease or eliminate your client’s pain points. How your services can fit your prospect’s needs.
In our view, this comes in the following inner steps…
*Building Social Trust
*Establishing your expertise
*Reducing Friction and the beginning of the conversion stage
Action
The fourth stage revolves around securing the conversion of a product, and/or services that you offer.
In our view, this comes in the following inner steps…
*Sale of services or products
Analysis
The final stage revolves around measuring your process. Verify if your client went through each of the steps. What was the time spent on each step? Did some spend more time on one step than another, and how can you get your message to your prospect in a more efficient manner? This stage is missed by many, but it is very important. You will need to set up some analysis measures to see how your awareness is converting. How much time does it take to go from Interest to Desire? And most importantly, how long does it take to go from Desire to Action?
Conclusion
